Gary E. Fox, Esq., is a graduate of Syracuse University Law School, having previously graduated with honors from Brown University. Mr. Fox was admitted to practice in 1975 and is licensed to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as all of the Federal Courts in both States. He has substantial experience in all areas of the law practiced by the Firm. A former Judicial Clerk and lecturer for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE). Mr. Fox has been counsel of record on numerous reported Appellate Division and Supreme Court decisions, many of which are continuously cited in learned legal texts and subsequent Court opinions. He has also been involved in many development projects, generally as counsel for the Developer, which range in size from minor subdivisions to multi-million square foot proposals. A good deal of Mr. Fox’s time is spent helping clients with family law problems. His thirty years of experience in this area proves critical in guiding families through difficult times created by matrimonial issues and situations.
