• Gary E. Fox Gary E. Fox has been practicing law for over 35 years. He has substantial experience in all of the practice areas outlined on this website and more. He received his A.B. undergraduate degree from Brown University with honors in 1972 and his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 1975. While in law school he served as Clerk to the Moot Court Board and was responsible for the Board's Judicial Panel for the Finals that included Supreme Court Justice William H. Rehnquist. He also served as research assistant to Professor Daniel A. Degnan. After law school he clerked for the Honorable Merrit Lane, Jr. who sat as the Chancery, Probate, Prerogative Writ and Assignment Judge during the year of Mr. Fox's clerkship. Since that time, Mr. Fox has had offices in Monmouth County, as an associate and since 1980 as a partner in a number of firms, both large and small. He is licensed to practice law in the State Court in New Jersey and in the Federal Courts in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Fox is also a trained mediator.
• Dennis J. Melofchik Dennis J. Melofchik was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in 1972 and has been engaged in the practice of law for past 39 years. He has extensive experience in all areas of practice as outlined on this website and more. He received his B.S. undergraduate degree from Scranton University with honors in 1968 and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1971. Upon his graduation from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Louis Aikins and the Honorable Alton Evans in Monmouth County. Since that time Mr. Melofchik has been actively engaged both as an Associate and as a Partner in a number of law firms in the State of New Jersey including as an Assistant Prosecutor in Middlesex County from 1975 through 1978. Mr. Melofchik is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
