He has expertise in all types of projects such as residential or mixed use developments, office buildings, banks, churches, town centers, Mount Laurel housing, zoning, rezoning and Master Planning.

We will provide representation before Municipal and County Boards and/or Agencies and, where required, we will also provide representation before State and Federal Agencies, including but not limited to the Department of Transportation, the Department of Environmental Protection, the Coastal Area Facility Review Board and the Tidelands Commission.
In addition to representing landowners and developers, the Firm also represents interested neighbors and other groups that are stakeholders in the zoning and planning process.
Mr. Fox has over 40 years of Zoning and Planning experience. He clerked for the Honorable Merritt Lane, Jr. and has represented clients ranging from modest homeowners to multi-million dollar corporations. Each matter is treated with the same priority.
